8. Cookie Policy
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are data, particularly small text files, that are stored on your device (e.g., laptop, smartphone) and relate to your use of websites.
Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, the duration of their storage on the device, their type (e.g., browser, screen resolution), and a unique IP number.
WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES ARE THERE?
Two main types of cookies are typically used: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies.”
- Sessions cookies are temporary files stored on your device until you leave the website or close your web browser.
- Persistent cookies are stored on your device for a period specified in the cookie parameters or until you delete them.
If we have received your consent, we will process the following types of cookies:
- Necessary
Necessary cookies contribute to the usability of the website by enabling essential functions such as page navigation and access to secure areas of the website. The website cannot function properly without these cookies. - Preferences
Preference cookies allow the website to remember information that changes the way the site looks or functions, such as your preferred language or the region you are located in. - Statistics
Statistical cookies help website owners understand how different users interact with the website by collecting and reporting anonymous information. - Marketing
Marketing cookies are used to track users across websites. The purpose is to display ads that are relevant and engaging for individual users and, therefore, more valuable for publishers and third-party advertisers. - Unclassified
Unclassified cookies are those that are in the process of being classified, along with the providers of individual cookies.
Regardless of your consent, we will process so-called necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for the website’s functionality and cannot be disabled in our systems. Necessary cookies are typically used in response to actions you take, such as setting privacy options, logging in, or completing forms.
You can change your browser settings to block cookies, but the website may not function correctly as a result.
WHY DO WE COLLECT COOKIES?
Through cookies, we can:
- Better present content to you by checking which types of messages you have already seen so that they are not shown again and tailoring them to your interests.
- Ensure secure and uninterrupted operation of the website and provided forms, including protecting the website from automated software that reduces its efficiency.
- Offer personalized promotions and deals.
- Monitor website usage statistics, including anonymous statistics of your visits and actions on the site.
WEB BEACONS
Certain pages of our website or communication tools we use may contain “web beacons” (electronic images also known as “clear GIFs”). These allow us to gather information such as your device’s IP address, URL of the page, page load time, browser type, and cookie-related information. Their purpose is to assess the effectiveness of the advertisements presented to you.
HOW TO CHANGE COOKIE SETTINGS?
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by selecting the appropriate option in your browser settings:
Browser providers may change access paths to these settings at any time, so you may need to search for them based on the terms mentioned above.
